GRADUATON CEREMONY AND SPRING BLOOM
D.A.V. Public School, Khera Khurd/Budhpur bubbled with excitement and enthusiasm when it celebrated its Graduation Ceremony and Springbloom under the able guidance of the Principal, Ms. Devika Dutt on 8th March 2017. The function was honoured by the Chairman of the school Sh. Baldev Jindal Ji, Manager of the school Ms. S.L. Makhija and worthy principals of different D.A.V.Schools.
The function commenced with the ceremonial Lamp lighting by the Chief Guests, parents and the Principal followed by the DAV Gaan. Pre-school and Pre-primary students left everybody spellbound with their mesmerizing dance performance “Rishi Ki Mahima”. Vibrant music, dance, breathtaking confidence and highly coordinated movements promptly set the tone and mood of the audience.
Orange is the dynamic colour and stimulates imagination and creativity. Our little kids dressed in shades of orange, shining brightly performed various cultural activities. The students of class 3rd presented a melodious song representing themselves as the brave soldiers of Swami Dayanand symbolizing hope ,prosperity and enthusiasm.
Then a skit full of charm and thrill based on Rishi Bodh Utsav was presented by the tiny tots of class 1st and 2nd which enthralled everyone followed by a graduation song to honour and congratulate the kids of Pre-Primary. The most important part of the day was when the tiny tots took all of us to the world of fantasy and fairy tales and amazed the audience with their ramp walk.
And then came the Pre-Primary students adorned in convocation caps, trophy and appreciation certificate in hands with smiling faces were welcomed by the rupturous applause from the audience as they received scrolls of merit on the stage. As the programme moved towards the end , the Principal Ms. Devika Dutt addressed the gathering and emphasized on co-operation of parents for holistic development of child. The celebration came to end with Vote of Thanks and Shanti path.
